Design Process
During this initial stage, I take the time to learn about
your wishes, personal style, lifestyle and thoughts
and ideas.
I will offer some design suggestions. I will then explain the
the design process and the budget will be discussed.

Mood Board
A mood board helps visualise the design and
concept, this ensures your design wishes are being captured.
A 2D Floor Plan is a diagram that shows the layout of a room from above, a flat drawing without perspective or depth, In this context, it will be used to show furniture and decor placement

Render/Animation
A render represents a very realistic finished 3D view of your finished room project
This allows you to organise and consider different furniture, decor, lighting, wall coverings, wall paint and wall art options and see what these selections will look like before actually buying these. In the animation that Kitty Ovens Interiors offer you will be able to "walk through" your new designed room!
Letter of Agreement
Once you decide to proceed with the concept and design
process, I will draft a letter of agreement.
This document will outline the detailed scope of the project.
Concept Presentation
Interpreting the detailed brief I will present a concept design,
consisting of the proposed furniture accessories, and samples
of all proposed finishes, and how they will be arranged.
My goal is that you love the design plans.
At this point, you may choose to complete the design implementation yourself,
or I'm also available to implement the design for you.
Having approved all of the concept designs we progress to the design development and detail design stage. Consisting of floor plans, illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, all final furniture choices will be presented, along with all final finishes.
At this stage, I will also present a fully itemised breakdown of the implementation costs in line with the agreed budget.
Realisation
The schedule of works/deliveries will be outlined and agreed.
Deliveries are received at your site and installed in phases, or in the final step of the project. We will oversee the delivery and installation process. We will be on-site to ensure the design vision comes together smoothly and pieces are implemented as planned
